TBR was created as a reminder of where your beauty originates from, God (Elohim). As the creator, he created us in His image, which means we are inherently beautiful by design.
Regardless of what society deems as beautiful, use Genesis 1:27 as a snapback to reality. On the sixth day, God looked at all of His creation and said that it was very good (Genesis 1:31).
So whenever you find yourself being self-critical of your appearance, repeat this as many times as needed: "I am made in God's image, and I am beautiful."
